Last month, Ben & Jerry’s celebrated Free Cone Day, and now it’s the turn of competitor Häagen-Dazs to do the same. Well, only at its shops in the United States, and only a kiddie-size cone, but a tiny free cone is better than no cone at all. The festivities will be from 4-8 PM today in your local time zone,
