Have A Question For The CEO Of General Mills? Ask Away

http://ift.tt/1znHMaO

From cereal to cake to frozen veggies to soup to whatever labels you would put on Chex Mix or Hamburger Helper, General Mills is responsible for a large number of the biggest brands in your pantry, fridge and freezer, but you may not know much about the company whose roots go back nearly 150 years. Now you’ve got the chance to take your questions directly to the CEO of General Mills.

CEO Kendall J. Powell, who has been with the company since 1979 and been in the top executive spot since 2007, will soon be speaking with our colleagues at Consumer Reports, and he’ll be taking questions from readers of CR and Consumerist for an upcoming issue of the magazine.

So maybe you want to know General Mills’ plans for recently acquired Annie’s Homegrown products, or how sugary brand-name cereal brands intend to compete against generics and store brands in an increasingly cost- and health-conscious consumer environment, or why the Pillsbury Dough Boy gives me nightmares.

If you’ve got a question for Powell, send it to q-and-a@cr.consumer.org before the end of the day on Friday, Feb. 20.

Readers whose questions are selected by Consumer Reports will be contacted by e-mail, so make sure you use an address that you can be reached at.
